Cancellation

We issue a refund for orders canceled 48 hours and more prior to the start date of rental period.
The balance will be paid back to your credit card as a refund.

Please keep in mind that there are time differences. Israel time (GMT +2:00).

You must make sure your phone is unlocked (make sure the phone is not locked for use with your current carrier only).
There won't be a refund for non unlocked phone and locked phone will not be a reason for a refund request after the delivery or after pickup.

Refund

Refund of cancelation will be at the amount of the order was made (reduce 5% of the purchase price or 25$, whichever is less). and 9$ handling fees
For example, if the order was at the amount of 40$, the refund will be 40$-5%-9$ of the purchase price which is 29$ (5% of 40$ it's less then 25$).

Refund for shipping SIM cards to your home in your country is same as the cancelation policy minus 20$ shipping handling and minus 5$ each SIM card that was shipping.
