How would I get my rental products?
We offer 3 options for you to receive your products:
  • Airport
    Get your package delivered to you directly at the Greetings Hall 24 hours every day.
    We arrive at the airport 24/7 according to orders made on our website and waiting for you at the greetings hall.
     
  • Hotel
    Get your package delivered to your hotel or receive the package upon check-in at the front desk.
    You can collect it when you check into the hotel. Please make the recipient's name exactly the same as the booking name at the hotel.
     
  • Get it to your home
    If your arrival date is more than 12 days from the date you ordered and you want get the SIM card to your home, choose "Delivery to my home" on the pickup options while fill in your details.
    Than write your full address. we will shipp it on registerred mail and send you tracking number.
    If for some reason and because of post office it won't arrive on time, we will meet you at the airport so you will get it anyway.

  • At Ben gurion airport

    Our guy will be waiting for you at the greetings hall at terminal 3 according to your flight number.
    As you enter the greetings hall, go straight (on the left lane) till you see the drink machines as shown in the image.
    It is right to EXIT 02
    You get detailed information on the confirmation right after you complete your order.
    You can also connect to the airport Wi-Fi right after landing And we can text you on WhatsApp or any other app.
    Just fill in your mobile number when you make an order.
    Very simple and easy.


    You will recognize our representative as he/she will wear a sign with the FRORIDE logo on, as shown bellow or Logo printed All over the front shirt.
    You can't miss us as you get detailed instructions in the confirmation email right after completing your order.
